Getting biome information using Kerbnet
The only way to try to get the current biome in base kOS is though parsing the titles of science experiments. If on the other hand you install scanSat mod and the scanSat addon for kOS then you can read the biome data from from completed portions of the scanSat maps. The scanSat addon can be found HERE.
