For AMD, if you have query access to the SMU coprocessor, you could use corefreq and ryzen_smu; they're for sensor readouts, and they do slightly different things. (And Zentimings and HWiNFO for windows.)

What software can I use to control temperatures and/or clock speed of my CPU and GPU in Linux ?
For amd gpus, corectrl is nice utility. For cpus, i tried corefreq once. Don't know if it will suit you as it is command line
