For AMD, if you have query access to the SMU coprocessor, you could use corefreq and ryzen_smu; they're for sensor readouts, and they do slightly different things. โ(And Zentimings and HWiNFO for windows.)

C906 vs U74 vs x86 IPC comparison
I'm working on my C++ project here which is getting a special new feature soon. However, that feature is going to involve iterating over potentially hundreds of thousands of directories.
