Is anyone aware of any coding or python script to do custom astrocartography software
It's written in "C" instead of Python, but open source astrology program Astrolog is very customizable in this area, even without changing its source code. You can select which planets are present (including obscure asteroids and fixed stars), select which angles are present (including minor house cusps instead of just the Angles), customize colors, and select display type (such as a 3D globe instead of just a flat 2D map).

Lichun and Calculation of when Sun is at 315 deg exactly
If you're running the Windows version, the object names are visible in the "Setting / Restrictions" dialog (first 43 objects) and the "Setting / Star Restrictions" dialog (next 47 objects). However, objects can be referenced by numeric index instead of name, so you don't actually have to know their names to replace them. :) The astrolog.as settings file has the names or at least abbreviations for the first 43 objects in the RESTRICTIONS section: https://github.com/CruiserOne/Astrolog/blob/master/astrolog.as
