Testing Generic RAM card

New release of Total Replay
I occasionally look for AppleWin feedback/questions but the main place us devs hang out is on Usenet's comp.emulators.apple2 and on GitHub but note that our GitHub and UseNet is for bugs/feedback and not help with specific Apple 2 software. That's what comp.sys.apple2 is for.

Understood. We've been tracking down the odd LSS (Logic State Sequencer) bugs of the drive controller in AppleWin. You might be able to reach out to Tom if you have questions. Better yet would be to hit up usenet c.s.a2 to post questions there.

Ask HN: How can I break into retro computers?
The least expensive way to try things out is, of course, via emulation, and there's very active work and archiving being done for early 8-bit microcomputers such as Apple II, Commodore 64, TRS-80 and Atari machines. Apple emulators, such as Virtual ][ (http://virtualii.com) and AppleWin (https://github.com/AppleWin/AppleWin) at least, let you emulate not only the Apple II but CP/M as well. There's old hardware out there as well, with all the problems associated with it.
For other old systems, such as the PDPs, Vaxen and others, there's simh (http://simh.trailing-edge.com/ and https://github.com/simh/simh).
