For people who've noticed, the BPM attribute doesn't change for beatmaps with multiple BPM counts. There is an upcoming PR to add another counter for that (which I disagree with it needing to be a separate BPM counter entirely).
I feel like BeatmapAttributeText is just a fancy naming for custom texts (and I don't even know why TextElement exists in the first place since BeatmapAttributeText can do the same thing) and I agree with you when you say it needs to be customisable and dynamic. But I think separate counters are as relevant as values being interpolated into a custom text. It's waaay more easy to just click and place a counter than selecting a value from a dropdown menu and then typing {Value} whatever, especially when you need to do this multiple times, of course at the cost of customization. Even though I think that there is a way that counters will be customizable in the future since they got a lot of boilerplate code and if refactoring them is a thing, it would allow more and easier customization especially when scripting will be implemented, hopefully.
