you can try to use an unstable private API https://github.com/alandtse/tesla to control the battery. Be aware it is a private API and Tesla can brake it any second as they already did. you won't be able to define times of charge/discharge, but you can switch the battery to self-powered for peaks, and manipulate mode + reserve to charge the battery off-peak. self-powered charge is limited to 1.7kW, TBC - 5kW.
