Sandboxed Google Play Services makes that you can use your phone as any other Android phone. You can use the Google Play Store for those apps you don't find alternatives for and all of them will work without issue. Look at this link https://plexus.techlore.tech/ to see that many apps just don't work on AOSP or through MicroG, especially banking apps. I know it sounds odd to install Google Play Services, but they are sandboxed, they don't have access to the rest of your phone, the files, location, the telemetry, and so on. Whereas the feature is unique to GrapheneOS, they did open source the code so anyone else could also do it. This alone is the killer feature for me. No compromises.
