hardened_malloc
Hardened allocator designed for modern systems. It has integration into Android's Bionic libc and can be used externally with musl and glibc as a dynamic library for use on other Linux-based platforms. It will gain more portability / integration over time.

InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
Either one would be a really solid choice though, they're both excellent and support the same devices (basically any recent Pixel). Just double check any apps you absolutely need and make sure they're supported before you jump ship - https://plexus.techlore.tech/
As far app compatability, the sandboxed Google Play Store is an option, which will allow you to get the best of both worlds of installing any app without giving it the permissions to collect your data. I'm using Google Maps without being signed in to a Google account and it works the same as it did on my other device. Installation of the Google Play Store was easy and it's something the developers even encourage as it's on their website: https://grapheneos.org/
