I feel like this isn't superflat anymore... How this happen?

that means that the world's level.dat file is partly corrupted, causing the world-type tag to revert to default. The best option would be to create a new world, but if that's not an option, it's also fixable. Open the level.dat with with something like NBTexlorer to open the level.dat file and change the world type back to flat, then use MCAselector or Amulet to delete the corrupted chunks
