    Download as much of the world as you want with World Downlaoder and trim what you don't want with MCA Selector.

    Use NBTexplorer. (If you're using linux, you can launch it with mono). Make sure to change all the instances of the seed under the world gen settings. The bad chunks are already generated and you'll need a program like mcaselector to delete them so they can regenerate correctly.
