I wrote this script that allows you to edit intro markers. It allows you to add, edit, remove and shift (<- what you want) intros for episodes. You can find it here.

I wrote this editor that can bulk-shift markers for a specific show season. Once you go through the initial setup, you can search for the show and click the bulk shift button. If you want to have the button appear 3 seconds later, but not also make the end shifted by 3 seconds, check 'Shift start and end times separately', and enter 0 in the end shift.
