I don't know about "K" apps, but QOwnNotes is a QT program, very configurable in the spirit of KDE
i like feathernotes. it's not KDE but QT software.
Joplin works well and supports markdown natively. It can sync with the local file system or you can use Dropbox or OneDrive. It's free.
Obsidian can be another alternative worth trying. It also has a mobile application that provides all kind of options and abilities that you can use on PC. Also all your data can be synced between devices as with their own paid cloud, so by using a plugin and a third party service like Dropbox, OneDrive or even your own S3 compatible storage.
