DCS World on GNU via Proton - DX11renderer Error

  Instructions for running DCS World on linux. Mostly extracted from https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/1722

I've added DCS World OpenBeta as a non-steam game (Target:DCS_updater.exe). I've gotten the updater to update everything to the latest version. I've used protontricks to install components: d3dcompiler_43 vcrun2019 xact, as recommended by github.com/TheZoq2/dcs_on_linux. I also added xact_x64 since this is a 64bit prefix and 64bit application. I ran install font: corefonts, as recommended by github.com/TheZoq2/dcs_on_linux. I ran winecfg: set windows version to 10 so the updater would stop complaining this version of DCS requires windows 8.1 or later, and set DLL overrides for wbemprox and msdmo as native as recommended by github.com/TheZoq2/dcs_on_linux. (prior to the DLL overrides Client login did not function, just a frozen application. Exactly as described on the aforementioned GitHub MD.)
