The first factor is that for an extended period of time, the Jellyfin for Kodi was hard crashing Kodi and I couldn't actually run it to test any changes. This didn't completely stop me from doing stuff, but it certainly made it an order of magnitude harder to do so. Even more fun, now that issue has gone away for me, but one of the other team members has reported it's started happening to them. I can't find the cause, I can only assume it's a python version incompatibility or namespace collision or just fucking witchcraft, who knows. This obviously puts a big damper on how productive I can be with it.
