Brave's ad blocker is worse than uBlock Origin, and uBlock Origin works best on Firefox, therefore Brave is already worse than Firefox + uBlock Origin.

I found this Github that states how ad blocking policy works in Brave. I also found that Brave is able to use filters that one would be able to use in UBO by adding filters to brave://adblock settings. This also includes custom filters.
you can uninstall anything (without root). just need a pc to do it.
