Regarding moonlight, yes it's open source. But just because it's open source doesn't mean can just steal it and sell it as their own, you still need to follow the license. https://github.com/moonlight-stream/moonlight-qt/blob/master/LICENSE Now I'm not a lawyer, but to me that sounds like if shrine uses it, their streamer also has to be open source. That's what maximum settings have done, they forked it, changed it and kept it open source.
