Looking over their core streaming library it seems like it wouldn't matter where. The underlineling tech is just WebRTC for controller/device io and rtsp+stun for media streaming(video/audio/webcam).

Also looks like one just needs zerotier, which is amazing tech, and their hosting binary, https://github.com/moonlight-stream/Internet-Hosting-Tool/releases Then one can still use moonlight. So.. since shadow provides nvidia cards that means one can use moonlight on shadow, aws, azure, and gcp.

Looking over the code in https://github.com/MAPReiff/ShadowRePlay-Linux shows us that its still just relying on mp4 streams over rtsp for a/v. Makes sense since that's the same thing moonlight is doing minus the nat transversal and WebRTC for controller inputs.
