  • I've used Linux for a year and for someone who had never been in contact with any of these technicalities, I still tried to report bugs, that were major showstoppers for me and those were ignored most of the time. Since you brought up Firefox, here is a feature request I made that is not too unreasonable to expect in a browser, especially one that used to be known for its customization, which stupidly got closed on the same day as "not planned" because it is too much work. So no, not every feature request is welcome.

  • I understand that my report might not be the best and people can have bad days, but the response should be, if not on the same professionality standard of what they want from me, then at least be one that helps me help them. If they're angry but explained what they want, then I can at least edit it.
