    • Regarding the mpsc example, I'm pretty sure they will be improved at some point. The imementation could be replaced with something like crossbeam or flume while keeping the API the same. The API could then be changed in the next edition. There even is an open PR about this at the moment, the discussion is quite interesting since there are other things to consider than only backwards compatibility: https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/93563
