You can start Flameshot with arguments to select a region (--region WxH+X+Y), copy (-c), save to a file (-p path), upload to Imgur (-u), etc., and -s to instantly do the action instead of having the user press enter. Example: flameshot gui --region 100x100+50+25 -c -s
