Not always, sometimes linux has better performance (like with elden ring), sometimes it has worse performance, and sometimes games aren't playable on linux like most games with invasive kernel level DRM, oh yeah and sometimes games or game related things are ONLY available on Linux like the spine PS4 emulator which has already achieved ingame status with a lot of 2D/indie games and is making a lot of progress.

  • GPCS4

    A work-in-progress PlayStation 4 emulator.

The main dev of Orbital (Alex) has said that he is currently taking a break, if you're interested in another windows PS4 emulator GPCS4 can currently render some graphics and boot into one game, but it isn't really playable (~15fps), the best ps4 emulator by far at this point is spine.

  • Scout APM

Truly a developer’s best friend. Scout APM is great for developers who want to find and fix performance issues in their applications. With Scout, we'll take care of the bugs so you can focus on building great things 🚀.
