Pi-Hole ( https://pi-hole.net/ ) is software you run on a device in your network, which can be anything from a Raspberry Pi to a Docker instance. It functions as a DNS proxy, while filtering requests that go out to the internet. It has the benefit of blocking ads to all devices on your network, computers running uBO have ads blocked and web pages "fixed" so you don't even see where the ads are missing.
