Most of these packs you can get using the CurseForge launcher. The newer FTB packs might only be on the FTB launcher. But since the MultiMC launcher doesn't conform to anyone you can get them all that way, the only downside is if a pack updates then you have create a new instance instead of just installing over what is already there like the other two launchers, maybe MMC devs will be able to fix that.
Feed The Beast as a couple packs; FTB University 1.16 and FTB Academy 1.12 that are described as being for beginners. I've personally never tried either one.
