Control WS2812B and many more types of digital RGB LEDs with an ESP8266 or ESP32 over WiFi!
I did built-ins and using 1.5" thick boards (two 3/4 face glued) and I routed a channel about 2 inches back from the leading edge and installed SK6812 RGBW strips in aluminum channels with a diffuser. I routed tracks along the sides of the shelves and in the back of the vertical parts to run all the wires. Then I control box with an on/off switch, dimmer knob, and effects button that'll cycle through a few preselected WLED presets on an ESP32 microcontroller. Holding down the button for a second turns it back to white.
I'm sorry to post my question like this but I've go no other idea since reddit bot doesn't like my question. Here is an imgur link for better quality: https://imgur.com/a/ck8AOdp
