Check out LocalStack. https://localstack.cloud Bit of a different angle, but if you’re looking to do AWS stuff specifically, it’s a different sort of approach than a proper “server” sort of setup but would benefit from the added horsepower in that you could fire up some rather complex simulations of AWS stuff without getting slammed on pricing, especially egress bandwidth, whip just learning and trying things out.
