Beautify Anki add-on work works again on latest Anki version

  An Anki addon that attempts to give Anki's deck browser and deck overview pages a material design look.

Mine worked. I'm not sure if you had add-on originally, but, I never had the add-on before. I downloaded the original zip first into Add-Ons (https://github.com/ShoroukAziz/Beautify-Anki), then I unzipped the V.0.3.3.zip file into the same folder while replacing all the files

Finally, I could find spot many places where it was crashing and fix it, so now it works fine in my local machine although the fixes are not very elegant. It turns out that recently there was one update in Anki (https://github.com/ankitects/anki/commit/e5685254c67da2e5bd1822437992706d2d01eb7f) which changed a lot of internal logic. So if this patch is not enough, I would expected it to be really complex to fix this add-on further.
