I've found this yahat/broadlink_mini_homeassistant_ir_codes_samsung_tv: Broadlink Mini 3 Homeassistant Ir Codes for Samsung TV (github.com), which has codes that seemingly relate to homeassistant and the broadlink mini, though I can't determine how it would fit into anything.
This is a shot in the dark, but there's a HA component called SmartIR, which has codes for various TVs. Here's one that references dedicated HDMI inputs, maybe they'll work
