WorkOS
The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS. The APIs are flexible and easy-to-use, supporting authentication, user identity, and complex enterprise features like SSO and SCIM provisioning.
I've started selfhosting whoogle. The results are from Google so its actually good searching and it gets proxied via Tor so your IP is obfuscated. Very happy with the experience so far and its hard to go back to DDG now.
If i need to search up something i just enter searx in duckduckgo and do the search. I like using duckduckgo as default cause its good looking and easy to use for normal day to day browsing. The privacy of both is good so this is my way when browsing on browsers like brave that doesnt have many default search engines. Also check out , artado, i think this might be more pleasent to use than searx and more choices of search results than duckduckgo.
And comes Searx, it's opensource, acts like a proxy to other search engines and you can host your own instances for more conformation that no data is being sent. I have not digged in to Searx very much but this is what they say they do.
