A 3rd and 4th way to go would be Raspibolt and Raspiblitz. Here you would learn a lot/the most (Linux stuff in the first place) because many things (setup/running/maintaining) had to be done manually. I would consider them being more for tech-savy advanced users.
Out of interest and to follow their development I am also running an Umbrel Node. The big advantge is the extremely easy setup. The main disadvantages WAS but is no longer their distribution/license model, since until August 21 you were not allowed to change the software regarding to your wishes/needs. Simply put, they "dictated" the fullnode rules anyone with Umbrel had to follow, which was actually against the core idea of Bitcoin, namely being part of the overall consensus finding, where you express your "vote" by running a certain fullnode ruleset. Nevertheless they recently changed their license/distribution model and now give you all the freedom you'd have with a full open source license. Unless you wanted to commercially use Umbrel. In that case you'd have to purchase licenses. But for setting up a personal fullnode without the likelihood of running into major difficulties it might be a good way to go. Unlike myNodeBTC it doesn't directly offer VPN access and energy consumption along with average device temperature is a bit higher.
