A few years ago I tried this mod, it let's you shift gears manually, sort of has ffb and also allows you to disable auto-clutch, which kills donuts https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/manual-transmission-ikt I did use it with a Logitech DFGT, but I don't see why it shouldn't work with other wheels
