  • Those are rare, and I actually think Microsoft would provide a good screen recording tool (if they do in fact implement it). My point of view is based on the many recent decisions from Microsoft regarding its software ecosystem. For example, the moves toward Linux and open source community. These moves are beyond marketing statements, they make a difference for developers and users -- and require that Microsoft put a constant effort on maintaining and improving the software.
