Organice: This replicates a lot of org-mode features in javascript. So it doesn't even need to be installed, just visit the site and/or sync them with cloud services. Everything is run locally, the site just serves the JS.
I use crypt.ee.
Notesnook is an E2E note app that I'm currently testing. It looks really good so far, although it has some quirks due to being new. I'm surprise no one has mentioned it so far.
