  • SurveyJS - Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App
  • InfluxDB - Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale
  • WorkOS - The modern identity platform for B2B SaaS
  • SilentNotes

SilentNotes is a simple note taking app which respects your privacy.

As far as I know, standard notes is able to sync with a locally installed NextCloud instance. Otherwise you can try my own app SilentNotes, it can be configured to synchronize via "WebDav" with a NextCloud instance in a LAN.

  • Joplin

Joplin - the secure note taking and to-do app with synchronisation capabilities for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS.

Hmm, maybe I mixed it up with Joplin then. Not sure if I understood you correctly about the integration, "SilentNotes" cannot sync with "Standard notes", it is just an app which can synchronize its own notes between devices using a local NextCloud instance.

  • SurveyJS

Open-Source JSON Form Builder to Create Dynamic Forms Right in Your App. With SurveyJS form UI libraries, you can build and style forms in a fully-integrated drag & drop form builder, render them in your JS app, and store form submission data in any backend, inc. PHP, ASP.NET Core, and Node.js.
