Right now, Perseus is in the very early stages, and SEO is still a potential issue with the current architecture, so I wouldn't use it in production yet, but for trying it out, go ahead! Also, Perseus does depend on Sycamore for lower-level reactivity work, which isn't fully production-ready yet either.
Perseus is a high-level frontend development framework for Rust with full support for SSR and SSG. It aims to support all the rendering strategies of NextJS, including incremental generation and revalidation, but in WASM. It's based on Sycamore, and adds higher-level systems like an integration for Actix Web and a CLI for easy development.

Right now, Perseus needs its server, the architecture doesn't permit purely static operation. That said, something like perseus export will definitely be happening before 1.0.0! In the meantime, maybe try out react-snap?
