    World generator using simulation of plates, rain shadow, erosion, etc.

    • I recently came across this neat-looking tool for world generation. https://github.com/Mindwerks/worldengine/ This looked perfect, so despite my lack of knowledge of programming I jumped in... but the guides seems to be outdated? For example, the guide for installing on Windows assumes that we are still using Python 2.7 & Windows 7. Is it outdated? Or is there other method that I am not aware of?

    • I think that overall project is dead but others are doing things with the engine. I know there is a game that uses it for maps https://www.widelands.org/
