  Meta-repository of screening mammography classifiers

  

My colleagues and I just released an open-source meta-repository of breast cancer classifiers for screening mammography. The meta-repository and a pre-print (https://arxiv.org/abs/2108.04800) published today tackle several important problems in the medical AI community, including poor model reproducibility, lack of evaluation methods that take into account differences in patient distributions and unfair comparisons between proposed solutions. As of now, meta-repository offers five mammography classifiers, and we use the meta-repository to evaluate all models on five international datasets.
