    You will probably need DOSBox to install the DOS version.

    Running the Windows version is a little bit more complicated. You will need winevdm (windows 3.x emulator)[1]. Use the unstable version, stable is extremely outdated. Use ImDisk Toolkit[2] to mount the floppies. Unfortunately the installer doesn't seem to work on winevdm, so you will have to manually extract all the .zip files to the same directory and run PWPLUS.EXE from there.
