Moreover, I don't think EO has a built-in IP block bypass option does it? Are you using a VPN to play? I'd recommend, alongside KC3, to download KCCP and set it up: it can bypass the IP block like KC3, but it also has some pretty neat features, like local permanent caching of the game assets for faster loading, as well as the ability to use asset mods like the English Patch, which for example translates the ship names in-game, and whole bunch of other stuff.
