How do I revert back from MicroG to Google Play Services on a rooted phone?

  Install microG GmsCore, GsfProxy, FakeStore (or Play Store if you want so) and MapsV1 to /system/

for the record "MicroG" ARE google play services. They're just the absolute barebones needed to get play store functionality. According to this https://github.com/nift4/microg_installer_revived you installed google play functionality just fine with that module.
