Looked through distro install scripts, they seem have a lot in common with https://github.com/EXALAB/Anlinux-Resources.

From decompiling the Mobilinux app apk, it seems clicking the sidebar terminal navigation button should show an option to start the jakpal terminal or a web console.
I don't see the mobiconsole source code on sourceforge or github and since Termux is GPLv3 (jakpal is apache 2.0), it is in fact violating it. They say
