As for OP, there is peer tube. Another option is a custom website, if you know someone or have money to put into it, it can definitely be worth it, but you want to be careful to avoid people who just crank templates for centralized providers and find someone who specifically knows about federation protocols and additionally lofi open standards like those listed on indie web. (the last part helps with SEO especially)
