InfluxDB
Power Real-Time Data Analytics at Scale. Get real-time insights from all types of time series data with InfluxDB. Ingest, query, and analyze billions of data points in real-time with unbounded cardinality.
https://github.com/mumble-voip/mumble/blob/master/Dockerfile - build from the official source on the raspi (there are also ways to get docker to cross compile, but I'm not experienced - see https://www.docker.com/blog/multi-arch-images/)
Also, when building your own, it's doubly important to keep on top of the release cycle for the project in case of urgent fixes being released. I personally follow the releases RSS feeds for the containers I deploy at home and update as needed (mumble feed: https://github.com/mumble-voip/mumble/releases.atom). You can also use tools like https://github.com/crazy-max/diun, though I've never gotten around to setting it up. If you're able to run entirely behind a VPN, this isn't *as* important, but getting all users of a mumble server to VPN into your home network sounds like a bit of a mess.
