Vimwiki ignoring config?

  Dot files from my archlinux machine (by byteofsoren)

Is pointing against the wrong path. Then when the file is created the outcome is an index.wiki file. Why is it ignoring my settings that it has read into memory? The rest of my set up can be found here: https://github.com/byteofsoren/dotfiles/tree/master/vimrc
