Taiga is really convenient, it's a desktop app that uses and syncs your MAL/AL/Kitsu list. It recognises when you're watching an episode (either through an official streaming site, or downloaded) and updates your list (can also be done manually in one click), it can also set your discord status as "watching XXX", which I find interesting. The interface is basic but fast, it's easy to browse your anime by score, release date, watched date, genres, etc.
I recently released an anime tracking desktop app for windows called [AniCour](https://github.com/ReStartQ/anicour). It's a pretty good way to keep track of anime that you are watching or plan to watch. It can also help you discover new anime that you may like through filtering, searching, or seasonal chart.
