If you are on AMD GPU then I think DXVK/Vulkan will massively help (AMD have better hardware raw power than Nvidia, they just usually have worse native DirectX drivers). I'm curious what type of SmoothPatch modification you are using though, the CAS part or the DLL part (https://github.com/LazyDuchess/TS3FrameratePatch)
