  • Hello, I am new to FPGA and really need help. I have the IceBreaker board with the ICE40 FPGA. Actually i want to do really simple things, for this i need a 7 segment display. Since I need the rest of the pmod connections for later HW, I went for a display with two wire interface (TWI), the widely used TM1637. While I can get the display up and running in a minute with Arduino and a ready-made library, I despair when using the FPGA. I found the project https://github.com/alangarf/tm1637-verilog and am trying to understand it. I am open to other projects but there are really very few and this one seems the most manageable to me.
