  • rabbitvcs

    The new home of rabbitvcs

  • Afraid of power: Some commands can be destructive. But also some apps can be too. I was using RabbitVCS which is an SVN client and I accidentally let my co-worker destroy his workspace without an option to recover. You can see the issue here. After this problem, I started reading scripts that I am running all the time. It is pretty time-consuming. Even if you don't run things with `sudo` it can be pretty bad.

  • core-js

    Standard Library

  • Open source: It sounds pretty nice. Open to everyone... But it sucks in general. People really don't care to contribute to open-source. (e.g. here). It is a really good resource for development but for people who don't know anything about development, it is not important. There needs to be some financial income / support for good open-source.
