TabletopTweaks-Base
Tabletop Tweaks is a mod that seeks to adjust the cRPG rules to more closely follow the tabletop ruleset. Additionally it adds content missing from the base game.
Right behind them are VisualAdjustments2, BubbleTweak (mostly for the animation-speed tweaks), Weapon Focus Plus (especially for Shifter or any other natural-attack-focused build, makes them sooo much better when you only need one set of feats), and Enduring Rework (finally makes Enduring Spells useful on its own and not just a "feat tax" you pay on your way to Greater Enduring Spells). Add Combat Relief if you hate crusade management but don't want to set it to Auto; not using it myself but other Redditors said it still works.

Tabletop Tweaks to add a lot of new features and make WotR's ruleset closer to PnP (some buffs but also a lot of nerfs to Owlcat cheese like over-stacking AC bonuses). A number of other modders use TTT-Core to build their submods.
Dark Codex if you want more OP cheese, like buffing Kineticists, extra Limitless mythic abilities (Limitless Bombs! Limitless Bardsongs!), and bringing back some golden-oldie cheese that Owlcat nerfed, like Elemental Barrage proccing off weapon effects or Kinetic Blasts working with Zippy Magic.
