Best Multiclass for Woljif?
This build turns Woljif into a Battering Blaster. Designed with mods (namely Tabletop Tweaks) but can be "downgraded" for vanilla WotR.
-
Any way to rename items?
Tabletop Tweaks has this as an option, it will rename any and all items to reflect their current enchantments on the fly, what you are looking for is "Dynamic Item Naming".

What would you do to improve sosiel's build if you were to get him at lvl 1
To match his portrait, you can stick with glaives for roleplay flavor or switch to fauchards for better DPS / more crits (also more procs from Outflank). If you like Warpriests, consider adding Tabletop Tweaks which has a number of improvements for WP abilities; plus it adds the Animal Ally feat so a mounted Warpriest is possible (or use the Divine Commander archetype also added by TTT).

Build idea
I posted this Tiefling Shieldbearer a while back. I'd do things a bit differently for my own build, though, without the OP's constraints. There's a mid-game light shield) specifically for Shieldbearers so I was thinking DEX-based handaxe+shield. I'm also using Tabletop Tweaks which has various improvements for both Warpriests and S&B toons.

Build ideas for this portrait
Redeemer Queen cultist angel. The game doesn't mention them because it wants to credit Ember with her ascension, but there were cultists of Nocticula as the Redeemer Queen before her ascension. Post-ascension Nocticula is still a goddess of darkness, and even inspires rebels in Nidal be being a very different sort of shadowy diety than Zon Kuthon. Expanded Content will let you pick Nocticula as your diety, though only as a demon lord.

Sacred Huntmaster/Pack Rager vs Mad Dog
Install Tabletop Tweaks and take the Animal Ally feat. This is effectively a 3-feat tax since you also need Nature's Soul and Boon Companion.
-
Martials vs Casters (Are Martial KCs better?)
If you are down for mods, install TTT, take Mage's Disjunction, take Metamagic (Selective)(net +0), take Favorite Metamagic for Selective, cast Selective Mage's Disjunction, enjoy saveless, roll-less, AoE dispel, that ignored Spell Resistance, guaranteed every time.
- Pathfinders! An update 2.1.4v is here! Due to some critical issues, we had to reassemble some parts of the game’s resources, which increased the size of this patch to 3 Gb. Please take that into consideration if your internet access is limited.

Must have mods?
Tabletop Tweaks to add a lot of new features and make WotR's ruleset closer to PnP (some buffs but also a lot of nerfs to Owlcat cheese like over-stacking AC bonuses). A number of other modders use TTT-Core to build their submods.
-
Fully mounted party?
If you don't mind mods, TabletopTweaks adds Animal Ally, which makes it easy for anyone to get a mount.
